Ok so when the LARGEST online retail store asks you to attend the HQ on our version of Christmas (National Prosecco Day) you can imagine how excited we were!

With less than 5 days to prepare we got to work creating a package that was unique as a unicorn and very, very PINK (of course)!

The Signature PLT Cocktail ingredients:
– Rhubarb and ginger gin liquor
– Sugar syrup
– Plenty of fizz
– Cotton candy clouds
– Unicorn and popping candy sprinkles.

The Virgin PLT was also a huge hit – we substituted the gin for a strawberry and rhubarb syrup and the fizz for pink lemonade.

We were sharing the sparkles all day! I mean how lucky are the PLT staff. We definitely left wanting to work there! 🙂
